How to read the prices: golf prices are the lowest and highest per-golfer rates GolfNow showed for 4-player tee times on each date, checked Oct 19, 2026 around 2:20 PM PT. They include GolfNow's booking fee (up to $2.99–$3.49). House prices are Airbnb's 3-night totals for Nov 12–15 with 12 guests, with fees included, seen the same afternoon. Every price can change.
The golf
Friday Nov 13: The Golf Club at Terra Lago, South Course (Indio)
Warm-up round close to the house
$67.99–$103.49 per golfer on GolfNow, tee times 6:30 AM – 3:40 PM (seen Oct 19, 2026, can change).
- Book three back-to-back foursomes online, or call the tournament contact on Terra Lago's Tournaments page.
- Plan on sharing carts. In season (Nov–Apr) Terra Lago charges $50 if you ask for an individual cart.
- Cheaper option: Palm Desert Resort Country Club showed $47.99–$128.49 the same day.
Saturday Nov 14: PGA WEST, Jack Nicklaus Tournament Course (La Quinta)
The bucket-list round
$108.99–$215.49 per golfer on GolfNow, but only afternoon times (12:54 – 3:09 PM) were showing (seen Oct 19, 2026, can change). Upgrade: the Pete Dye Stadium Course showed $129.99–$193.49. Cheaper: the Dunes Course showed $85.99–$142.49.
- 12 golfers counts as a group at PGA WEST (its minimum is 12 per day). Email or call Golf Sales for a Group Golf contract and morning times: PGA WEST group outings.
- Foursomes go off 9 minutes apart and fivesomes aren't allowed, so 12 golfers is exactly 3 tee times.
- PGA WEST says it can take individual payment, so each golfer can pay for himself and the organizer isn't fronting everyone's green fee.
Sunday Nov 15: Desert Willow, Mountain View Course (Palm Desert)
Getaway round
$86.99–$182.99 per golfer on GolfNow, afternoon times only (1:55 – 3:35 PM) showing (seen Oct 19, 2026, can change).
- Desert Willow describes Mountain View as "a relaxed, scenic course with forgiving fairways and wide landing zones," a good fit for a mixed-handicap group on the last day.
- It offers custom outing packages for groups of 12 or more, and tee times can be booked up to 60 days ahead on its own site. Book early-morning times there so everyone makes their flights.
- Premium option: Indian Wells Golf Resort's Celebrity Course had times from 6:30 AM at $171.99–$267.99. Its tee times are prepaid with a 24-hour cancellation period.
Golf subtotal: from $263.97 per golfer for all three rounds at the lowest rates we saw ($67.99 + $108.99 + $86.99). Morning times weren't showing on GolfNow for Saturday or Sunday, so their rates may be different.

Closures check
Every fall closure on our closures page reopens by Oct 31, so all three courses should be open in mid-November. One heads-up: SilverRock in La Quinta is cart paths only Oct 30 – Nov 24, 2026, which is why it isn't in this plan.
Bets for the weekend
A trip with three or four foursomes usually means side bets between groups. SnapScore runs outings with multiple groups: link your groups with a code, then set up bets between players in different groups, plus optional outing-wide skins, closest to the pin, low gross and low net. Coming soon to the App Store and Google Play. SnapScore is a Desert Tee Deals sponsor.

- Book Terra Lago Friday (online or through its tournament contact).
