How it works
- 1. Tell us about your groupDates, group size, budget, skill levels and must-play courses. The form below takes about two minutes.
- 2. Get your plan by emailWe aim to send it within 24 hours, built from the prices and closures we track every week.
- 3. You book directBook tee times with the courses (or their group desks) and the house with its host, using the links in your plan. You deal directly with them, at their prices and under their policies.

Bets between groups
A suggested outing format so you can settle the side games across every foursome.
The honest part
- We don't book anything, take payments or hold deposits. We're a planning service, not a travel agency. Every booking and payment goes straight to the course, the host or the rental company.
- Prices are the lowest ones we saw on the date shown, and they can change at any time. Always confirm before you book.
- We're not affiliated with the courses we recommend. If we ever earn a referral fee from a link in your plan, we'll say so in the plan.
- There's no one on site. Once your plan is sent, the trip is yours. Email us with any questions before you go.

Desert Willow Golf Resort (Firecliff & Mountain View)

Custom outing packages for groups of 12 or more, from 12-player outings to full shotguns. Its outing page names bachelor parties and weekends with friends. Regular tee times can be booked up to 60 days ahead with a credit card guarantee.

A group is at least 12 players per day, booked through a Group Golf contract with Golf Sales. Foursomes go off 9 minutes apart, fivesomes aren't allowed, and a shotgun start needs 40+ players. It accepts several payment options, including individual payment.

Settle the bets across every group
A trip with three or four foursomes usually means side bets between groups.
