Par-3 and executive golf courses in the Coachella Valley

Short on time, new to the game, or golfing with kids? A par-3 or executive course gets you 18 holes in about three hours, usually for less money. Here are public-access short courses around the valley, with details from each course’s own site (or the booking page we name) as we checked them on Oct 17, 2026 (PT). Fall is overseeding season, so check the dates below before you go.

The Lights at Indio (Indio)

City-owned 18-hole par-54 course, 2,777 yards from the blue tees, and the only night-lighted course in the valley (lights out at 10 PM; 18 holes aren’t guaranteed after a 7 PM tee time). Posted 2026 green fees are $40 through Oct 27 and $50 from Oct 28 to Apr 5, 2027; juniors 15 and under pay $10. A cart is extra ($15 per person). Closed for re-seeding through Sun Oct 25, 2026; the driving range stays open. Call 760-391-4049.
